This is a 3 day event that will take place on Friday Oct. 12 – Sunday Oct. 13
On October 12, Kelly DeBusschere is embarking on a challenge called 29029 Everesting with her husband Dennis. It involves climbing Stratton Mountain 17 times, 29029 feet, the equivalent of Mount Everest in 36 hours. Kelly is embarking on this daunting and exciting challenge to raise money for the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation in honor of her mother Mary Corcoran. Please help Kelly in her quest to make a difference for those living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia.
At the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation (LIAF) our mission is to improve the quality of life for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related forms of dementia, and their caregivers. We actively work to achieve this mission through research-based programming for all stages of Alzheimer’s, Caregiver Support Groups, in-home respite solutions, transportation options, and additional services.
